Once I completed my honours degree in psychology with a focus on counselling and human behaviour. I took a chance and got involved in the property recruitment industry and found my calling.

As a resourcing consultant, my goal is to understand the ins and outs of both our clients and candidates and to build trust driven relationships to create strong and healthy recruitment strategies in order to attract the very best talent. Being a good recruiter is more than just matching a candidate to a job it’s about having the insight into your clients’ needs and empathy for your candidates true career aspirations.
