I am proud to be CEO of Prime People & Macdonald & Company. I am a Qualified Chartered Surveyor who has been working in the Real Estate Human Capital industry for almost twenty five years.
I lead a team of approaching one hundred and fifty professionals around the world who are without doubt the most connected in the industry.
With connections spanning global real estate, I specialise in advising developers, investors and real estate service providers on merger and acquisition opportunities as well as staffing, organisational structure, staff retention, human resource policy and remuneration benchmarking and incentivisation. I work in conjunction with our group business Connected Capital Partners to connect our clients to investment opportunities as well as sources of capital.
In my spare time I am a Trustee of the ELIFAR Foundation and I rally vintage cars often failing to keep them on track.

If you want to know the truth, bypass the politicians. Read this, using data gathered from a survey of over 3300 property professionals in the UK.
