As a BCom Industrial Phychology graduate, Shaun spent 5 years delving into the intricate dynamics of the workplace – exploring the link between effective candidate selection and organizational effectiveness.
Throughout his career he has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of people, from entry level to C-Suite. He joined our Johannesburg office in 2023 to leverage his skills in organizational development and talent management. Shaun aspires to become a powerhouse in the African real-estate market through effective candidate placement.
