Steve is a former Building Surveyor and has specialised in Development & Technical recruitment since joining Macdonald & Company in 2001.
His mission is to help Developers, Property Companies and Consultancies appoint senior level candidates that impact a business and operate in the Development Management, Project Management and Building Surveying disciplines. He offers his clients bespoke recruitment solutions that reflect the nuances of the role and enable him to identify and secure the best person for the role, not just those that are active in the market.
His services include targeted head hunt, market mapping, advertised campaigns in addition to merger & acquisition assignments.
In his spare time, he enjoys the never-ending battle to reduce his handicap and quality time with his children.
