Will has been leading international business lines and client engagement at Macdonald & Company for over twenty years. Starting in London, Will set up the Asia business of Macdonald & Company in 2006, and now oversees the business in Hong Kong, Singapore and China.
Will engages with senior business leaders from all over the world with regard to their plans for Asia, advising on senior level hiring strategies and projects, as well as office location, business partners, capital raising, and remuneration policies.
With an extensive bank of experience and networks within local and international investors, developers and service providers, clients are reassured by Will’s depth of knowledge and unique insights into building and retaining a successful real estate business.
