Having worked ten years in the London Real Estate market, Will made the switch to recruitment in 2019 when he moved to Singapore. He is able to draw down on his Real Estate experience, identifying with his clients’ pressure points, with the aim of securing them top talent within the industry.
Since the start of 2020, Will has soley focused on Data Centres placing candidates involved in the full lifecycle of a DC across multiple APAC locations. His clients include Funds, Investors, Developers, Operators and end users. With deep sector knowledge and an increasingly impressive track record, Will is now building on this success, looking to add more fully dedicated DC desks for Macdonald & Company across all their global locations.
