Simon has worked for Macdonald & Company for two decades, becoming Manager Director for the UK in 2019. He leads the successful contract and permanent teams across the real estate sector. Stephen has over 20 years recruitment experience and operates in the UK and European markets. A member of Macdonald & Company's Strategic Partnerships team, Stephen's client base includes developers, design practices, estates, property consultancies, retailers, real estate owners and occupiers. Stephen works with job seekers from design, real estate / development, construction, sustainability / ESG and engineering backgrounds.

As the Managing Principal for Macdonald & Company's North American business, Alex leads the growing U.S. division; focused on the search and placement of real estate professionals in the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States. Alex possesses more than ten years of experience appointing mid and senior-level real estate professionals, for a client base of Real Estate Developers, Investors, Owners, and Operators across all major markets in Texas, as well as Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee.

Following a career in real estate sales and real estate property management, Ben joined Macdonald & Company in 2011 and, before moving to the United States, Ben was responsible for leading profitable real estate recruitment businesses for the group in the UK and Middle East.
