As group CEO, Peter oversees Macdonald & Company across the international offices. Peter is a Chartered Surveyor who has worked in the Real Estate Human Capital & Talent Sector for over twenty years. He specialises in advising clients globally upon topics such as staff retention, talent selection, recruitment, mergers and acquisition, human resource policy and remuneration bench-marking and advice.

Alex is part of the leadership team at Macdonald & Company and is responsible for a team of six experienced consultants. He has over 10 years of experience within the real estate sector and a track record of delivering assignments across the UK. Alex partners with property companies, consultancies, global real estate advisory firms and REIT's, advising on succession, talent planning and search assignments.

Since moving into the property recruitment market in 2001, Nathan has built up extensive experience in providing recruitment solutions for the Regional Real Estate Sector. Nathan typically recruits for property consultancies, retailers, property developers, financial institutions, local authorities/public sector bodies, etc. He places surveyors on both permanent and freelance/short term contracts and is able to offer his clients a bespoke, value added service including contingency and head hunting solutions.

Patrick joined Macdonald in 2021 to play a key role in the expansion in Germany. As Director Real Estate recruitment, he leads the Düsseldorf office and focuses with his team on project developers, investors and real estate companies in Germany. With more than eight years of experience in recruiting real estate professionals, he brings a deep understanding of the real estate industry, various business strategies and asset classes.

Will has been based in Singapore as Managing Director from 2012. His experience in multiple international locations has led to a broad spectrum of knowledge in the real estate and related assets industry. Will works closely with an array of real estate companies across Singapore and Asia Pacific, appointing c-suite executive and senior positions that specialise in capital raising, investment and funds, finance, development and core business operations to name but a few.

Will has been leading international business lines and client engagement at Macdonald & Company for over twenty years. Starting in London, Will set up the Asia business of Macdonald & Company in 2006, and now oversees the business in Hong Kong, Singapore and China. Will engages with senior business leaders from all over the world with regard to their plans for Asia, advising on senior level hiring strategies and projects, as well as office location, business partners, capital raising, and remuneration policies.

A year after joining the London team in 2005, Julie set off to her home country of South Africa to open the Johannesburg office which she continues to manage. As her team has evolved her role has changed to focus on business and staff development, but she remains a hands-on consultant in executive assignments throughout the sub-Saharan continent. Widely regarded as the most networked recruiter for the African real estate market, Julie works with developers, investors, consultancies, contractors and financial institutions in formulating and executing expansion and operational strategies which are underpinned by introducing the right leaders.

Following a career in real estate sales and real estate property management, Ben joined Macdonald & Company in 2011 and, before moving to the United States, Ben was responsible for leading profitable real estate recruitment businesses for the group in the UK and Middle East.

As the Managing Principal for Macdonald & Company's North American business, Alex leads the growing U.S. division; focused on the search and placement of real estate professionals in the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States. Alex possesses more than ten years of experience appointing mid and senior-level real estate professionals, for a client base of Real Estate Developers, Investors, Owners, and Operators across all major markets in Texas, as well as Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee.

Nick joined Macdonald & Company in 2006 as a consultant and joined the Global Executive Committee in 2018. During his career he has worked across interim and permanent appointments in middle to executive management particularly focused in Real Estate Development. He is passionate about recruitment methods and how to strive for better results for his clients including achieving greater diversity & inclusion, faster and more accurate hires and uncovering the greatest potential leaders for his customers.

Richard has a decade's experience recruiting into the Real Estate sector and he joined Macdonald & Company to build a market leading Residential Property division. The Residential team focuses across the sector, including Residential Agency, Development, New Homes, Management and Operational Support. Richards' aim is to grow market share, and cement Macdonald & Company's place as the recruiter of choice for the country’s leading property companies.
