Nicholas Carman
Partnership Director
Nicholas has worked in the construction and development recruitment sectors for 11 years. In his role as Head of the Development and Special Projects he leads our work with some of the world’s most reputable development and investment companies, spanning FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies to new start-ups within emerging sectors. His work has included the recruitment for a series of C-Suite appointments across some of the largest developments in London. In his role as Head of Special Projects, Nicholas leads our most agile recruitment partnerships, aimed at equipping our clients with the tools and resources necessary to succeed in the current talent market.
Sue Manns
President of the RTPI
Sue Manns FRTPI was inaugurated as President of the RTPI on 22 January 2020. Having studied Town and Country Planning as a Postgraduate at Manchester University, Sue started her career at Birmingham City Council. She then moved to academia as a senior lecturer in planning law and practice at the University of Central England, before returning to the public sector as Head of Planning and Transport at Advantage West Midlands. In 2011 Sue moved to the Pegasus Group as a Regional Director and since 2018 has run her own practice which specialises in strategic advice on community engagement and consultation in relation to development projects. She is a visiting lecturer at Birmingham University, and a Fellow of the RSA and RGS.
Matt Townend

Matt is a leading development mind having worked with some of London's largest and finest residential-led development companies. St James, Battersea Power Station Development Corporation and EcoWorld London. As Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for EcoWorld's pipeline of +4,000 London homes.
Rosanna Lawes
Executive Director of Development, London Legacy Development Corporation
Rosanna Lawes is the Executive Director of Development at the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC). Rosanna is responsible for the delivery of the development of new mixed use communities on the future Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP) London's newest urban park, which opened fully in April 2014.
Pierre Melhado
Managing Director of Operations, CA Ventures
Pierre serves as Managing Director of BTR Operations for Europe of CA Ventures. In this role, he is responsible for establishing and growing the company’s multifamily management company in Europe. He will focus on building a best in class management platform across Europe.Prior to joining CA Management Services, Pierre worked in the USA multifamily market for over 15 years, most recently for Magnolia Capital, a Chicago based real estate investment firm with a portfolio of 5,000 units. While there he was responsible for building and launching Magnolia Capital’s in-house property management platform across their nationwide portfolio.
