Cathy specialises in recruiting In-House Legal requirements across the real estate spectrum. She works with Investors, Developers, Propco’s, Consultancies, Local Authorities, and other Real Estate businesses looking to hire in this specialist area. She advises and supports her clients whether appointing initial hires or replacing critical skill sets in established teams, and seeks to build long lasting, in-depth relationships with her clients to headhunt the best fits for their business.
With over 17 years of recruiting experience her clients span all sectors or real estate. Prior to this, she headed up the London technology, data, and insight function when she joined Macdonald & Company in 2009.
