Assistant Project Manager, Dublin
This company a leading construction consultancy in Dublin, is seeking a motivated and talented Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team.  In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting project managers across various construction projects, with a focus on sustainability and green building initiatives.

As an Assistant Project Manager you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
  • Assisting Project Managers with all phases of the construction lifecycle, from pre-construction to project completion.
  • Contributing to the design development process, ensuring constructability and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Identifying and researching sustainable construction materials, technologies, and best practices.
  • Developing and implementing sustainability plans for assigned projects.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project sustainability performance metrics.
  • Liaising with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Assisting with procurement and contract administration.
  • Conducting site inspections and monitoring quality control procedures.
  • Contributing to health and safety directives on site.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a design or project management role within the construction industry.
  • A background in design disciplines and / or project management with a keen interest in sustainability.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Experience working on sustainable construction projects (LEED / BREAAM / FITWEL)
  • A keen interest in sustainability and emerging green building technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • A valid full Irish driving license (or ability to obtain one) is a plus.
