Our client is a Private Equity group that invests in real estate that enables the New Economy. They deliver institutional quality cash flows by developing and operating assets in some of the world’s most dynamic cities, enabling long-term positive impact on local communities.With multi-billion dollars of real estate transaction volume just in Asia, they work with established operating partners and build operating teams to provide quality, affordable and sustainable properties that appeal to both occupiers and investors seeking institutional quality cash flows.
Vietnam makes up a decent portion of their Asia Funds and this will continue. They are already working with partners on the ground and will likely partner with more on a project by project basis. They are building industrial/ logistics developments in Vietnam. They are looking to hire a Vietnamese Client Rep/ Techincal Advisor from a Project Management / Development background who can act as a technical advisor and liaise with partners on the ground. This will be a senior, client-facing candidate with a strong track-record of delivering industrial/ logistics projects on the ground. At the same time you must be a good communicator and able to translate techincal project details sensibly at an investment level. Ideally Vietnamese but certainly able to speak the language and able to work with partners on the ground in Vietnam.
