Job Summary
A leading national retailer is looking for a Building Surveyor to look after their portfolio. It's not just shops, there's a great mix of properties from offices, residential, industrial - lots of variety to keep you on your toes.Your role will be home based (with 3-4 trips to a Manchester office per month) and covering a large region of the UK, you'll be instructing consultants and contractors in carrying out the works and keeping lots of metaphorical plates spinning.
Ideally you'll have experience working for a property company before, looking after a large number of properties at once across a region of the UK. You'd be very autonomous from day one, so an understanding of how the processes work and what to prioritise would be very beneficial.
In exchange, you'd be given a very generous salary, car and bonus potential, alongside all the other great benefits like excellent holiday allowance too.
