Job Summary
Macdonald & Company are delighted to be working with one of the largest Regional Consultancies in the UK on the appointment of a Commercial Property Manager. This role will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial assets that largely reside in Enfield but can be based out of any of their Home County offices'.You will need to be an experienced commercial property manager and in all aspects of property management including service charges, landlord & tenant and health and safety. You will need to conduct regular inspections of the properties and manage a mixed portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets. As part of the role you'll also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the properties via third party contractors ensuring that works are carried out in a cost-effective manner and to a professional standard. You’ll also provide support and assistance to clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities including rent reviews, lettings and lease renewal programmes.
Working with the Facilities Management Team, you will ensure compliance with legislation including Health & Safety and other regulations including the monitoring and reconciliation of service charge expenditure.
