Job Summary
Do you have experience of managing the supply chain for multiple FM service and maintenance contracts? Are you looking to transform the methodologies which will reshape a property portfolio going forward?In this key position, you will be responsible for controlling overall relationships with suppliers, whilst developing new initiatives to drive innovation.
You will have experience of managing large and complex budgets, and be able to identify and implement cost savings opportunities.
You will work closely with the procurement team to shape and lead the tendering process and deliver a 3-year category plan
With experience of operating within a contract management capacity at a senior management level, you will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of suppliers and competitors and experience of delivering effective, cost efficient measures.
