As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll oversee a selection of properties in Gauteng, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and compliance.Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you'll manage a diverse array of tasks, from technical maintenance to budget control and emergency response. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction, you'll play a vital role in upholding the company's standards and enhancing the tenant experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Grade 12 qualification, with preference given to those holding a related tertiary degree. A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, coupled with technical expertise, is essential for success in this role.
