I have partnered with this socially conscious property developer to find them a Senior Development Manager.We are looking for a Property Development expert that would like to enact positive change in marginalised communities.
The mission is to develop overlooked, neglected neighbourhoods. Those that are normally dismissed through profit-biased studies as too difficult, but are often the developments that would have the largest human impact.
Through strategic partnerships with like-minded individuals, you will be transforming and creating vibrant, thriving communities and be at the forefront of housing-led regeneration.
Your role will involve engaging closely with local residents, stakeholders, and partners to spearhead initiatives that drive positive change. From conceptualising innovative designs to implementing bold placemaking strategies, your contributions will be instrumental in turning struggling neighbourhoods into success stories.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with community members, advocacy groups, and stakeholders to gain insights into their needs and aspirations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop groundbreaking solutions for our regeneration projects.
- Lead the planning and execution of dynamic placemaking initiatives aimed at revitalising public spaces and amenities.
- Champion sustainability and social inclusivity principles throughout all stages of community development.
Salary circa £70,000 - £80,000
