Job Summary
A leading UK and International Real Estate Advisory firm is looking for a Commercial Property Management Surveyor, to join their Central London team. The role reports into the Director of the team and will work across a mixed Commercial portfolio, including Offices and Retail assets, so experience with similar asset classes is desirable. You will support the wider team on all property management and Landlord & Tenant matters and provide a high-quality service to their clients.Responsibilities:
- Client reporting - producing monthly/quarterly reports and attend client meetings
- Work with in-house Data teams to ensure lease data is up to date
- Prepare and assist with the preparation of reports, service charge documentation and other matters for clients and occupiers within the portfolio
- Liaise with Occupiers on rent, service charges and other management matters
- Undertake L&T work, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, as well as small agency instructions
- Regular site/property inspections
- Work with the sustainability team to ensure ESG best practice is adopted across the instructions
- At least 2 years' experience in a Commercial Property Management or Property Administrator position
- Strong desire to learn and gain experience in the Property Management sector
- Experience of property management software including Propware and Voyager would be desirable but not essential
- Good communicator and ability to work with the team, clients and tenants
