Macdonald & Company are delighted to once again be assist a Boutique Office Agency Firm in the Heart of the West End with the growth of their business. The company are looking for an Associate, up to Director level hire to join the team. The business specialise in providing expert knowledge in a variety of areas on behalf of Landlords and Tenants in a commercial capacity. They operate in London and surrounding suburbs with progressive intentions to expand regionally. They are looking for an experienced individual to join the team of proficient surveyors and this role would be ideal for someone looking to progress and take on further responsibility from a post qualified position. This person will have the desire to bring in new opportunities to the business and further develop existing relationships with clients. 

Role Responsibilities:
  • Attend and conduct a pitch presentation to new and existing clients on the services they provide (you may be required to conduct this on your own from time to time but they try to work in pairs)
  • Assist/lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.
  • Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors ensuring a smooth and seamless process
  • Producing pitch documentation such as tenders, heads of terms, terms of engagement, market reports and cash flows
  • Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information
  • Working with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systems
  • Hosting market events
  • Provide training and advice to Graduate Surveyors in the team for APC training and already qualified surveyors
  • Collaborate daily with thr Business Development team on all opportunities
About You:
  • Qualified Chartered Surveyor with at least 4 years' experience
  • Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills
