Contracts
The Company does not accept contractual offers via email and will only honour purchase orders or supplier contracts entered into in writing and which are physically signed by a duly authorised Company director. No other members of its staff are authorised to enter into contracts. Notwithstanding any terms of purchase contracts supplied by clients, we can only accept liability for negligent acts in breach of a duty of care to the extent of the cover provided by our insurers and in respect of staff we have introduced only where we have direct management and day to day control over the activity of such staff and our agreement to provide services is made on this basis.
