Are you an Estates Manager with Capital Projects experience looking for your new challenge?We are seeking a dynamic Estates Manager with experience of heading Capital Projects to lead our clients estates teams and management across their growing education portfolio.
Within this role you will be expected to:
- To ensure there are robust asset management and compliance systems for all schools
- To act as the H&S Responsible Officer for the schools
- To line manage the school site leads, supporting with performance management and the development of the site teams
- To be responsible for the project management of capital projects (between £250k - £1M) and support capital funding bids
- To drive and adhere to school Health and Safety policy including risk assessment and safety systems
