Job Summary
A privately owned commercial property business are seeking a Commercial Property Management surveyor to join the team. This business own/operate a mixed portfolio, including offices, industrial premises and retail / leisure properties. The roles would suit a Chartered Surveyor proficient in managing all matters, involved in keeping a portfolio operational.Day to day tasks for this role include, preparing and monitoring service charge budgets, handling licenses, sublets, permission to alter along with L&T requests, lease interpretation, assessing rental yields / income, etc. The successful applicant will have exceptional communications skills – liaising daily with FM’s, site operatives, solicitors, building surveyor etc.
This companies’ office is based in North Manchester. The role is paying circa £40 / £55,000 dep on exp.
