Living and working in Hong Kong since 2010, Alex has worked both in-house supporting the growth of Asia’s leading construction consultancy and worked for several recruitment consultancies, as a Consultant and more recently as a Director, driving the growth of a boutique recruitment consultancy across Asia.
With over 10 years of experience supporting experts in the built environment, Alex offers an honest approach to those professionals searching for their next role and companies recruiting talent across the region.
Having developed knowledge valued by professionals at all stages in their careers, he aims to make lasting introductions that benefit a candidate’s career and a client’s long term growth objectives.
It is with a huge level of excitement that he has rejoined Macdonald & Company as the Director of Outsourcing and Engagement in Asia. In this role, he will be ensuring that the most recent market data and opportunities within real estate are shared with their valued clients and candidates on a more regular basis. While building this function, Alex will be continuing to collaborate with clients to facilitate their future growth, combining creative solutions with data driven strategies.
Alex looks forward to leading the growth of this new division and continuing to build meaningful and lasting relationships across Asia.
On a personal note, his weekends are spent chasing after his three daughters and fitting in as much sport as he is allowed!
