Bio
Chris qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980. He has since held a number of financial positions in a broad range of industries including 4 years as Finance Director of PSD Group PLC, during which time the company was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
Chris joined the Board of Macdonald & Company as Finance Director in June 2000 retiring in 2016 but remaining on the Board in a non-executive capacity.
He is now Chairman of our Audit Committee and second member of the Remuneration Committee as of February 2020.
