Jake joined the Construction search and placement team at Macdonald & Company in 2022; with more than 3-years of experience in the recruitment of mid and senior level construction and project management professionals, in Texas.
Jake joined the team to work with Callum to expand and enhance the Macdonald & Company offering to construction executives – ranging from small and mid-size general contractors to multi-billion dollar real estate developers and investors across Texas and the Sunbelt.
Jake’s career to date has seen him deliver construction searches on behalf of some of the top multi-family developers and contractors in Texas and the wider U.S.
The niche domain that Jake operates in enables him to offer a consultative service, and meaningful guidance to the clients and candidates that he chooses to work with, which is always backed up by real-world data and current industry insights.
