This is a fantastic opportunity to join a financially secure business with a long-term investment strategy, giving you the autonomy to manage leasing activity across a varied portfolio while working closely with senior stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Lettings, you'll take responsibility for the full commercial leasing lifecycle across a substantial portfolio of office, retail and mixed-use assets throughout London, with occasional travel to regional properties.
You'll be responsible for driving occupancy, maximising rental income and supporting wider asset management initiatives, playing a key role in protecting and enhancing the value of the portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end commercial leasing process from marketing through to completion
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating lease terms with prospective occupiers
- Preparing Heads of Terms and supporting transactions through to legal completion
- Working closely with Asset Managers to reduce voids and maximise income
- Managing renewals, lease events and supporting rent review strategies
- Building strong relationships with tenants, agents, solicitors and professional advisers
- Monitoring market trends, rental values and competitor activity
- Producing regular leasing and portfolio performance reports
- Collaborating with Property Management, Legal and wider commercial teams on strategic initiatives
