Commercial Property Manager – Property CompanyLocation: Nr Warrington
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking for a role where you can take ownership of a commercial property portfolio and build strong relationships with clients and tenants?
I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established property business managing a portfolio of commercial assets, location predominantly around the North West. This is a hands-on role, joining and established and successful team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the day-to-day operation of a commercial property portfolio
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with tenants, clients and contractors
• Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works
• Managing service charge budgets, reconciliations and expenditure
• Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring Health & Safety compliance
• Overseeing vacant units, lease obligations and tenant applications
• Working closely with finance teams on rent collection, invoicing and debtor management
• Producing regular reports on occupancy, budgets and property performance
What we're looking for:
✔ Previous commercial property management experience
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
✔ Good financial and budgeting awareness
✔ A proactive and customer-focused approach
✔ Full UK Driving Licence (travel to sites is required)
✔ RICS qualification or working towards it would be advantageous
