To further strengthen their Cape Town-based team, they are looking to appoint a Compliance Officer within their cleaning division. Reporting directly to the Key Account Manager, this role will involve developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring that health and safety compliance documentation is current, overseeing cleaning personnel, managing expenses, coordinating roster changes, and addressing pay-related queries. The Compliance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that service delivery meets the company's high standards and that all policies and procedures are consistently adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the cleaning industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. A proven, stable work track record is essential, along with a matric certificate and a valid driver’s license. The candidate must reside in Cape Town and possess a strong knowledge of the Health and Safety Act. Additionally, excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
