The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit experienced Estate Surveyors to support the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio. These roles offer the opportunity to deliver a broad range of estate management and professional surveying services, working across a varied portfolio while contributing to key asset management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a commercial property portfolio.
- Deliver service charge management and administration.
- Lead on lease renewals and lease re-gearing.
- Manage Landlord & Tenant matters.
- Provide a range of professional estate management services.
- Undertake general estate management responsibilities (excluding disposals).
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in commercial estate management and a strong understanding of:
- Service charge management.
- Lease renewals.
- Lease re-gearing.
- Landlord & Tenant matters.
Working Arrangements
- Approximately one day per week in the office.
- Site visits as required.
- The remaining time working from home.
