The opportunity
An established and growing commercial property business is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You’ll take responsibility for facilities management across a diverse commercial portfolio, working closely with property and asset management teams to maintain high standards and deliver an excellent occupier experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage facilities across multiple commercial sites
- Oversee hard and soft services, including M&E, cleaning, security and front of house
- Lead on health & safety, compliance, risk and business continuity
- Manage contractors, suppliers, budgets and on-site teams
- Support ESG and sustainability objectives
- Build strong relationships with occupiers and respond proactively to their needs
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and customer experience
About you
We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with:
- Proven commercial facilities management experience
- Strong knowledge of H&S and relevant legislation
- Good understanding of M&E and hard/soft services
- Experience managing people, suppliers and budgets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and high standards
