Its small, established team manages the building, its body corporate and the complete utilities function in-house.
The Financial Accountant will manage the day-to-day finance function across four related entities. The role includes invoice processing, payments, bank and balance-sheet reconciliations, VAT, intercompany accounts, monthly consolidation and management reporting. The property and facilities teams are already in place, allowing the successful candidate to focus on keeping the numbers accurate, organised and under control.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant finance qualification, at least three years’ property accounting experience and working knowledge of MDA/MRI. They must be comfortable remaining hands-on, consolidating multiple entities and taking ownership of accurate, reliable reporting.
This will initially be a three-month contract with genuine potential to become permanent. It is ideal for a capable, grounded accountant who values stability, sensible hours and doing good work without sacrificing their life to it.
