Job Summary
A well-established, national financial services group is looking to appoint a Leasing Manager to drive its retail and commercial property footprint across South Africa. With a network of over 300+ branches and a diverse portfolio spanning retail, office and specialised assets, this role offers exposure to a high-volume, multi-site environment on the tenant side.
This individual will take ownership of identifying and concluding leasing transactions, including new sites, relocations, renewals and portfolio optimisation initiatives. The role requires someone comfortable negotiating commercial terms, managing landlord relationships, and ensuring all deals align with internal mandates, budgets and governance processes.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years’ experience in retail and commercial leasing or property management, with strong negotiation capability and a solid understanding of market dynamics. A self-starter mindset, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects across different regions will be key to success in this role.
