Job Summary
A leading international real assets investment manager is seeking a senior capital raising professional to lead institutional business development and investor coverage across Asia Pacific.With an established investment platform spanning listed and private market strategies, the firm is looking to strengthen its regional fundraising capability and deepen relationships with institutional investors across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising and capital formation activities across Asia Pacific
- Develop and manage relationships with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, consultants and other institutional investors
- Originate, develop and close capital raising opportunities across a range of investment strategies
- Partner closely with global investment, product and investor relations teams
- Support new product launches, strategic initiatives and market expansion plans
- Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences and industry events across the region
- Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to senior leadership
- 15+ years' experience in institutional fundraising, investor relations, capital formation or business development within real estate, private markets or alternative investments
- Demonstrable track record raising capital from institutional investors across Asia Pacific
- Existing relationships with regional LPs, sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, insurers and investment consultants
- Strong understanding of private markets, real estate, REITs, private credit and/or alternative investments
- Experience managing complex fundraising processes from origination through to close
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to operate independently within a highly entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
