To join their growing team based in Cape Town, they are looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Property Administrator. This role will have you reporting to a Property Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for reconciling municipal charges and legal fees, query management, processing adjustments and credit refunds, updating vacancy schedules and notes, preparing of leases, addendums, and cessions, conducting FICA checks and managing maintenance issues. Additionally, tasks such as ensuring recoveries are loaded, owner statement and payments, assisting with management reports, budgets and ensuring that all general administration is up to date.
To be considered for this role you will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification, a minim of 4 years of experience in similar role, and proven ability in using MS Suite. Experience using MRI/MDA will be advantageous as well as a SAPOA certificate.
