Job Summary
Are you a seasoned Sectional Title Portfolio Manager who can not only manage a portfolio, but help grow one too?You’ll be joining an established residential property developer with a growing portfolio of professionally managed communities and a strong focus on service, governance, and long-term stakeholder relationships. Operating within a collaborative and commercially minded environment, the business is looking for someone who can bring both deep sectional title expertise and a business development mindset to its next phase of growth.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of sectional title and homeowners’ association schemes while also playing an active role in growing the management portfolio. Alongside chairing trustee meetings and AGMs, overseeing budgets and levies, driving resolutions, managing compliance, and advising trustees and owners, you’ll use your industry network to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with trustees, developers, bodies corporate, and other key stakeholders, and help secure new schemes under management. You’ll be expected to understand what makes a management offering commercially attractive, confidently represent the business in the market, and turn strong relationships into sustainable portfolio growth.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years’ experience within sectional title and HOA portfolio management, supported by a Paddocks qualification. You’ll have strong working knowledge of the STSMA, CSOS Act, community scheme governance, budgets, levies, and annual financial statements, together with the confidence to chair meetings and advise senior stakeholders. Importantly, you’ll also bring a commercially driven, relationship-focused approach, with the ability to network, originate opportunities, win new mandates, and develop business within the sectional title space. A relevant tertiary and valid Fidelity Fund Certificate will be advantageous.
