Step Into the Engine Room of a Major Retail Property PortfolioA highly respected property investment business is expanding its head office team and is looking to appoint a Retail Property Manager to work directly alongside one of their Asset Managers. This is a new role, driven by the continued growth of the portfolio, and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their exposure to the commercial property sector.
This position sits at the intersection of operations and strategy. While you’ll support the Asset Manager with the day-to-day oversight of several retail assets, the role offers far more than traditional property management. You’ll be involved in lease negotiations, tenant engagement, budgeting processes, and operational oversight, while also gaining exposure to acquisitions, portfolio strategy discussions, and high-level asset management meetings.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience within retail or commercial property management, someone who understands the dynamics of shopping centres, has confidence dealing with tenants, and can comfortably manage the administrative and financial aspects of a portfolio. Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders will be key.
