This evening I am joined by James Sheppard, Managing Director UK&I for Kadans Science Partners. Kadans is a dutch based life science real estate developer, owned by AXA since Dec 2020. Now I’m very much looking forward to this discussion for two reasons, first: life sciences has been at the forefront of the real estate psyche since the pandemic and seen a huge explosion of new and existing real estate players in the UK launching life science real estate solutions BUT second James is one of my favourite types of guests to have on the show – he is not a real estate native but someone who has chosen a career in real estate later in life.
