Job Summary

A long standing client has instructed Macdonald & Company on a Building Surveyor position based in Central London. As a company that we have previously placed with we know this great organisation and how good this opportunity will be for the right surveyor. Our client is a family run PropCo with a mixed portfolio of assets nationwide that focus predominantly in Industrial, Residential and Retail assets. Any Consultancy Building Surveyors will appreciate that there is no requirement for yearly fee income generation! The business now requires ideally a Chartered Building Surveyor or Building Surveyor who is undertaking their APC to join the team who maintain and upgrade the property portfolio from major to minor works. However, non qualified surveyors will be considered if they have a demonstrable track record of experience. The successful candidate must be able to produce quality specifications (for refurbishments) and deliver projects from inception to completion without supervision. This is a great client side opportunity for any candidate looking to work on mixed assets within a well established business.
