They are looking for a strategic General Manager who will be heading up the cleaning services department. With a staff complement of 3,000, the successful incumbent will have stellar leadership skills, guiding the Regional Managers based in Cape Town and Durban and acting as a Regional Manager themselves for Gauteng.
For this position you will be running all the aspects of the division, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage client and stakeholder interaction.
- Ensure service delivery in relation to Service Level Agreements.
- Turn leads brought on by the Business Development team into deals.
- Interact with the Key Account Managers on all reconciliation and items impacted by Operations.
- Develop and manage operational budgets and cost projections.
- Act as a functional leader for developing operations management, and service talent.
