Hardworking, well-educated individuals that are looking for a more active platform to utilise their talents, I am searching for a Portfolio Analyst for this PBSA platform.We are looking for a numerically gifted professional to be responsible for supporting the strategic direction and objectives of the current and incoming portfolio for this well capitalised and exciting venture. The current €600m portfolio over the next 5-7 years will grow to circa €5bn and you will be a key asset in overseeing a managing the portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity at the very beginning of a compelling story within RE throughout which you will be responsible for portfolio and market analysis, reporting, forecasting & planning and therefore supporting the team to understand the current status of the portfolio & identifying areas for improvement.
Salary circa €70,000 - €80,000 + Package
