Job Summary
This North West property developer with its own in-house delivery team are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them in their Preston office.Working alongside the Construction Director, you'd be tasked with delivering several new-build projects, acting as the Main Contractor and overseeing the sub contractors on site; taking ownership of time management, tendering to subcontractors, raising Purchase Orders, and monitoring progress.
You need to have enough experience to be able to run these construction projects by yourself, shell and core experience ideally rather than just refurbishment, and be happy to be in the Preston office 5 days a week.
