Our client is a global leader in Commercial Real Estate Services.They are looking for a Director of Corporate Real Estate, China for a significant APAC account witihin Financial Services.
They are looking for an experienced Occupier Services or Corporate Real Estate professional from a real estate service provider background or from another client-side role within Corporate Real Estate.
You must have had some consultancy background in your career, and speak both fluent Mandarin and English.
This is an extremely important account and you must have the ability to deal with senior contacts.
This will be an integrated portfolio management role to help the client achieve their main business objectives, across Transaction Management, Lease Administration and Portfolio Strategy to leverage data, streamline processes, and deliver superior insights.
