Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive asset management strategies for the multifamily property portfolio.
- Monitor and assess property performance, covering financial metrics, occupancy rates, and market dynamics.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify improvement areas and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Perform financial analysis, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize property performance.
- Generate regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks for informed decision-making.
- Participate in evaluating potential refinancing and recapitalization opportunities for the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis for refinancing and restructuring initiatives.
- Manage escrow analysis for replacement and tax reserves.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the value and performance of multifamily properties.
- Oversee property improvement projects, renovations, and capital expenditure initiatives.
- Monitor and manage property-level operational and capital budgets effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the multifamily property portfolio.
- Implement risk management strategies, including insurance coverage, lease agreements, and legal compliance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in asset management and property operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of asset management experience, preferably in the multifamily property sector.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Real Page software and financial modeling tools.
- Exceptional knowledge of real estate market trends and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement asset management strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
