Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
- Identify, engage, and develop selected customers and non-customers as key accounts.
- Uncover opportunities to meet customers' real estate needs across diverse asset classes and countries.
- Develop new group-wide capabilities and impactful initiatives to enhance value for customers and stakeholders.
- Provide engagement and support to customers in and from the China & Taiwan regions.
- Acquire industry insights and identify key activities along specific industry value chains.
- Co-create and support Country operations teams in driving investment promotion for large-scale projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Infocomm.
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in food and urban agriculture industries.
- Real Estate and regional experience will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrates a keen sense of business acumen, with the ability to adapt and respond to changes in priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Ability and experience in engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Team player with the ability to navigate in a multi-cultural environment.
