Job Summary
The HR Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the human resources and administrative functions of our China office. This strategic position involves developing and implementing HR strategies that support the business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and overseeing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, adept at building cross-functional partnerships, and committed to enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Detail-oriented, analytical thinking, and a go-getter attitude is highly valued for potential candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the company's strategic goals and comply with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes to attract, hire, and retain top-tier professionals.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance appraisals, and the promotion of a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career advancement.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity within the market.
  • Lead HR projects, such as organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and the integration of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and other senior leaders to advise on HR-related matters and support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions, including office management, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 - 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Strong understanding of China labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
