Job Summary
Our client is a presigious MNC with an established presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, APAC, Europe and the Middle East. Our client owns and leases their assets including Shopping Malls and Retail stores.The Head of Real Estate is looking to hire a senior experienced project manager with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to work on leading luxury retail projects across the APAC region.
The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team that all have more than ten years of retail experience. The preferred candidate should possess fit out and on site PM experience, and APAC experience is essential.
A driven and motivated personality is key.
Key Duties: Plan, manage and control entire life cycle of projects as well as strict deadlines
- Hold regular team meetings to ensure smooth running of projects within a tight timeframe
- Determine and manage risks that may affect project progress
- Manage project teams as well as relationships with various stakeholders
- Manage project budgets
- Manage sub contractors and consultants and design firms
- Responsible for major fit outs and new store openings
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in relevant discipline- Design, Civil or MEP engineering
- Minimum 10-18 years’ experience in facade projects (interiors and retail)
- Preferably experience working on luxury retail projects
- Fluency in English is essential
- APAC experience is key
- Ability to work well under pressure
