It's a multifaceted position requiring someone who can handle a range of responsibilities, from keeping vacancies and arrears low to ensuring the smooth operation of assets. You'll be responsible for financial management, leasing, debtor management, reporting, building oversight, owner association management, staff supervision, new building integration, and other tasks as they arise.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a relevant tertiary qualification and at least five years of property management experience under your belt. Strong MS Excel and MDA/MRI skills are a must, along with the ability to deliver top-notch reports and presentations.
