Job Summary
Well regarded, independent, employer focused commercial real estate consultancy have need to add a Commercial Property Manager to join the team in Worcestershire!This role would suit a recently or nearly MRICS qualified surveyor who has a background in managing commercial property. The role could also be appropriate for a more experienced professional, looking for employment on a 4 day per week basis. Day to day, the role will be service charge management led, so experience / exposure to it nuances are essential.
The role is paying circa £32 - £35,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
