Job Summary
This mixed-disciplinary consultancy in Manchester is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their busy team. Looking after a good range of sectors, particularly Education works as a mix of projects and surveys, you'd be using your experience from a consultancy or similar background to carry out condition surveys, project manage refurbs and new builds (so experience with JCT or NEC contracts would be ideal) and maybe even help mentor the more junior members of staff.There's loads of scope for career progression, and if you're not MRICS or MCIOB chartered yet that's fine - APC support is there too. Or if getting chartered isn't one of your goals, that's fine too! As long as you have at least 4 years of postgraduate experience as a Building Surveyor then I'd be happy to discuss this opportunity with you and give you more information.
