Are you MRICS qualified and seeking a new property management challenge?We are delighted to have partnered with a Yorkshire based organisation who need an Estates Surveyor to take the lead on the management of their non-operational portfolio.
You will provide strategic advice with regard to landlord and tenant issues, including lease renewals and regears, acquisitions and disposals.
With a varied portfolio comprising rural, residential and commercial, this role would suit someone with experience of managing a broad range of asset classes. Stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate/ liaise with internal and external consultants is key to the delivery of an efficient and effective property management service.
